The second pathway is creating Friends of Noble Purpose groups that include clusters of employees in your organization who come together periodically to share their experiences of using Noble Purpose exercises and processes. Such Friends of Noble Purpose groups allow you to share the richness of the Noble Purpose qualities and processes and the ongoing unfolding of your life and purpose with others on the same journey.
